30 Years of Public Service - Code, Context, and Continuity..

I did not begin my journey in high-level government ministries. I started with a basic keyboard, teaching programming and English before stepping into the civil service. Over three decades, my professional path has stretched across the geography of Nepal, from the far-west of Darchula to the far-east of Ilam. This includes my experience ranging from private institutions to INGO and now in Government Sector policy design and delivery. This space is built as a living proof for the younger generation that public bureaucracy does not have to be rigid, and a testament to my peers that we can always learn, adapt, and automate at any stage of our careers.
